Unfortunately, we do not deliver to residential addresses. We can deliver to businesses, semi-retail outlets, schools and nursing homes. If you are not sure if you qualify for a delivery, please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ page.

We try not to impose delivery charges to our customers. However, there is a minimum order requirement for each delivery. In the instance that you do not meet the minimum order requirement, there is the possibility that a delivery charge will have to be added.

The minimum order requirement is £30.00 per delivery.

Peterborough Dairies deliver Monday to Saturday. However, the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We are pleased to advise that we are open on all bank holidays except for Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

We are available to speak to between 09:00am to 14:30pm Monday to Friday. If your phone call is not answered, please leave a voicemail and we will call you back. The voicemails are monitored regularly until midnight daily.

We deliver most of our milk in plastic poly bottles. Although there is the option for deliveries of sterilised milk. Please note this is not fresh milk.

Peterborough Dairies guarantee 7 days on milk including the day of delivery.

Peterborough Dairies guarantee 4 days on bread including the day of delivery, or as we like to call it ‘day plus 3’.

We have a wide range of dairy alternatives on offer. We also have gluten-free options. Please note these products are not stock items, but we can certainly source most products. Some of our best sellers are soya milk, almond milk, oat milk and gluten-free bread.

Unfortunately, we do not allow anyone to come on site. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Peterborough Dairies have a strict policy of who can enter our site. We operate like this to protect all our staff here, and to keep you – the customer – safe.

In accordance with Government guidelines, our drivers will wear face masks when delivering to your business and have been provided with hand sanitiser. We can 100% always assure this for the benefit and safety of everyone.

Peterborough Dairies order as per our customer requirements, but on the odd occasion that we have surplus, these products are donated to a community lead scheme in Peterborough who provide food and supplies to those who need it in the local area.
